Terms and Conditions
- Hotels bills which are having gst is accepted during reimbursement process.
- Upon registration with Gallivant Ducks Services Company, a member is officially enrolled and can enjoy the services offered by the company.
- Our company provides complimentary stays for up to 4 days. Any additional charges for food and other services are not the responsibility of the company.
- Gallivant Ducks Services is affiliated with reputable hotels across India.
- Membership with our company is valid for 6 months. During this period, members can enjoy stays at any time. After 6 months, membership renewal is required.
- Members are entitled to 4 days of complimentary stays at various hotels across India, excluding five-star establishments.
- We offer a bill claim facility for members. For instance, if a member has impromptu meetings or vacation plans in other states, they can submit hotel bills (excluding food expenses) along with location and hotel pictures.
- Our company’s executives verify hotel bills, and the bill amount is transferred to the member within a few days.
- Gallivant Ducks Services is not liable for any damages that occur in the hotel premises.
- Stays are permissible for couples, friends, and families.
- To claim a bill, the customer must provide the hotel bill, room picture, and location, sending it to the company’s WhatsApp number.
- Except for five-star hotels, Premium Rooms and Suite Rooms. Members can enjoy stays at three-star hotels, medium hotels, OYO hotels, Fab hotels, and medium-range resorts.
- If a member requires financial assistance during their stay, they must inform the company at least 1 month in advance. Our company executive will monitor and facilitate the transfer of hotel bills.
- Any fraudulent activities or discrepancies in hotel bills by a member will result in immediate cancellation of membership.
